I offer counselling in Derby for women going through the menopause and the huge changes it can sometimes bring.

This can be a time that feels unfamiliar or unsettling. You might be noticing shifts in mood, identity, energy, or in how you relate to others. Things that felt steady may feel different, and it can be hard to put words to what's happening.
It's not unusual to feel more overwhelmed, unsettled, or unsure of who you are in the same way you once were.

Sometimes it's hard to talk about these changes, or to make sense of what's happening. You may feel alone with it, or find that the usual ways of coping no longer quite work.

I offer a gentle, nurturing place where we can begin to explore what you're going through, at your own pace, and in a way that feels safe and respectful.

Sessions are available in person in Derby, or online.
